1. What Farmero is

Software for macOS that drives iPhones you own, over a cable, to warm up and post to social accounts you control. It is not a service that runs anything for you: we host no phones, hold no accounts, and post nothing on your behalf. Your Mac does the work.

2. Alpha software, and what that means

Farmero is early. Things listed as shipping do ship, and anything still being built is marked on the site and is not charged for — but you should expect bugs, changes, and features that behave differently next month. Do not use it where a failed post would be a serious problem for you.

3. Your licence

While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Farmero for your own purposes or your business’s. Specifically:

• As many Macs at a time as your plan allows — one on Solo, ten on Agency. Deactivate one to free the seat
• As many iPhones and accounts as your plan says, no more — the app enforces this
• Your licence key is yours. Sharing it, selling it or publishing it ends the licence

You may not resell Farmero, rent it out, offer it as a service to other people, or take it apart to build a competing product. We keep all rights we have not given you here.

4. Paying

Whop is the merchant of record. They are the seller for your purchase: they take the payment, handle tax, and issue the invoice, under their buyer terms. Your statement will show a charge that reads something like WHOP* FARMERO, not Ranne Studio or Farmero.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose, until you cancel
• Cancel any time from your Whop account, at whop.com/@me/settings/orders. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period you paid for
• If a payment fails, we do not cut you off on the first bounce — the card gets retried for several days first
• Prices can change. Existing subscriptions get notice before a change applies to them

5. Trials and refunds

One free trial per person: seven days of the whole product, capped at two iPhones and sixteen accounts, no card. Paid plans have no separate trial of their own, so nothing stacks — buying simply ends the free one.

If Farmero does not work for you, email hello@farmero.co within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. Refunds are processed by Whop. After that window we will still consider it — ask. The full detail is on the refund policy.

6. The platforms, and your risk

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube each have their own terms, and those terms generally restrict or prohibit automating their apps. Farmero taps real screens on real devices rather than using unofficial APIs, and it paces itself like a person, but that is a design choice — it is not permission, and it is not a guarantee. Using Farmero may breach those platforms’ terms. That is your decision to make and your risk to carry. Read them.

We do not promise your accounts will be safe. Nobody honestly can. Accounts get restricted, shadowbanned and removed for reasons no one outside those companies can see, and we accept no liability for it happening to yours.

Those apps also change. When one redesigns a screen, Farmero may stop being able to do something until it is updated — by design it stops and tells you rather than tapping blind, but it does stop.

7. What you are responsible for

• The accounts. You must own them or be authorised to act for whoever does
• The content. Everything you post through Farmero is yours to post — you have the rights to it and it is lawful where you and your audience are
• The hardware and the signing. You supply the iPhones, the Mac, and your own Apple ID or developer account to sign the runner onto a phone. Never ours
• The platform rules. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service, policies and rules of any third-party platform you point Farmero at, including every social network. Automating an app may breach its terms; that is your call to make, and Farmero running an action is not permission to take it

You will not use Farmero to:

• Impersonate anybody, or run accounts pretending to be someone they are not
• Post anything illegal, or anything sexual involving minors
• Harass, spam, defraud or mislead people
• Break any law that applies to you
• Attack, overload or circumvent the security of any platform or of ours

We may end your licence immediately if you do, and we will say why.

8. No warranty

Farmero is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we make no promise about reach, growth, views, followers or revenue. Nothing on farmero.co is a projection of what you will get.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or lost accounts. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending it

You can cancel whenever you like. We can end this agreement if you break these terms, or with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund if we stop offering Farmero. When it ends, your licence stops working, but nothing on your Mac is deleted and your accounts, queue and history stay exactly where they are.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will email the address on your licence before it takes effect. Continuing to use Farmero after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
