How to promote OnlyFans on TikTok without losing the account

What TikTok's guidelines remove or hide, how bio links work, and how agencies structure SFW creator pages so promotion stays inside the rules.

Short answer: to promote an OnlyFans creator on TikTok, post fully SFW short-form content about the creator's personality, lifestyle or niche, and let interested viewers find the link through the profile, not the video. TikTok does not allow content that facilitates access to sexual content or services, and it keeps suggestive content out of the For You feed. Treat TikTok as a top-of-funnel brand channel, not a sales page.

What TikTok removes and what it hides

TikTok's Community Guidelines separate content that is removed from content that stays up but is age-restricted and not recommended. As of 17 September 2026 (TikTok Community Guidelines, archived copy):

Content What TikTok says
Nudity or sexual activity, including illustrated Not allowed
"Facilitating access to sexual services, such as offering or asking for sexual acts, sexual chats or imagery, or pornography" Not allowed
"Significant adult body exposure", such as only nipple covers or very revealing underwear Age-restricted and not eligible for For You
"Sexually suggestive acts, or sexualized framing" Age-restricted and not eligible for For You
Reused content "without creative edits" Not eligible for For You

TikTok's For You feed standards also list "sexualized posing" and "allusions to sexual activity by adults" as ineligible. In practice, a video can break no rule and still get almost no reach because it was never eligible for recommendation.

What SFW content actually looks like

The pages that last post things a general audience would watch anyway:

  • Day-in-the-life clips, gym or cooking routines, travel, outfit checks in everyday clothing.
  • Talking-head videos: opinions, storytimes, Q&As, reactions.
  • Trend formats the creator can do fully clothed and without innuendo.
  • Behind-the-scenes of running a creator business (planning, filming setups).

No captions, stickers or on-screen text that point to adult content, and no "link in bio" lines paired with suggestive framing. For hook ideas that stay within the rules, see SFW hooks, and for the policy detail across all three apps, see suggestive-content restrictions.

Link-in-bio constraints

A clickable website field on TikTok is not available to every account. Buffer's guide (updated 9 December 2025) says TikTok enables it once an account meets TikTok's current follower or regional requirements, or has switched to a business account, and that business accounts under 1,000 followers also need proof of business registration (Buffer). Check the app itself; the requirement changes.

Whatever the link points to has to be acceptable to TikTok too. Many agencies use a neutral landing page with the creator's socials rather than a direct link. Details are in link-in-bio setup.

Account structure

Most agencies run one main page per creator plus a small number of secondary pages built around distinct niches or formats. TikTok allows multiple accounts "but not to deceive others or break the rules", and it lists "using automation to run many accounts or send repetitive content" as spam (same source as above). That means each page needs its own reason to exist and its own content, not the same clip on every page. See accounts per model.

Page type Purpose Content
Main page Creator's brand, most link clicks Personality, talking-head, trends
Niche page Reach a specific interest One theme (fitness, cosplay, cooking)
Backup page Continuity if the main is restricted Light, original posting

Running it on real iPhones with Farmero

Farmero is a Mac app that posts to your own TikTok accounts through the real app on your own iPhones, up to eight accounts per phone, and checks the profile to confirm each post went live. It can also warm up a new page with human-paced scrolling before it posts. Automating these apps may breach their terms, and nobody can promise an account will never be restricted. See posting for how it works.

FAQ

Can you put an OnlyFans link directly on TikTok?

TikTok does not allow content that facilitates access to sexual content or services. Many agencies avoid a direct link and use a neutral landing page, but the landing page is still subject to TikTok's rules.

Why do my creator's videos get views only from followers?

Suggestive framing, very revealing outfits or reused clips can make a video ineligible for For You without removing it. Keep content clearly SFW and original.

Is it allowed to run several TikTok pages for one creator?

TikTok allows multiple accounts when they are not used to deceive or break the rules. Each page should have its own content and purpose.

Should the videos say "link in bio"?

Keep calls to action neutral and never pair them with suggestive content. A profile that looks like a normal creator page is the safer baseline.
