Multilogin's page describes cloud phone profiles as "full Android devices in the cloud, dedicated to each account", running Android 10 through 16, alongside local and cloud browser profiles that each present a separate fingerprint. It bundles residential, ISP and mobile proxies across 150+ locations. iOS is not offered.

What it costs
Multilogin lists a free plan with no card and no time limit: 5 cloud mobile and browser profiles, 200 MB of proxy traffic and 30 mobile minutes, the last two one-time. Pro 10 is shown at $19.00 per month, or $11.40 per month billed annually with a 40% discount. Business plans start at $40.00 per month ($24.00 per month billed annually) and scale from 100 to 10,000+ profiles. Extra mobile minutes start at $0.0073 per minute. Prices for the Pro 20 and Pro 50 tiers did not render clearly, so we treat them as not stated.
