How the two approaches differ
Postiz connects each channel to its service and publishes on your schedule. Because it is open source, you can run it on your own server and build on top of it. Its hosted plans add AI image and video generation.
Farmero never connects to a platform API. It opens the real app on an iPhone you own, confirms the account from the profile header, posts, then checks the profile for the new post.
