FAQ

The questions asked before buying, answered straight.

Do I need my own iPhones?

Yes. Farmero drives phones you own over USB. There are no phones on our side. Any iPhone on iOS 17 or newer works.

Why do I need Xcode?

iOS only runs apps signed by a developer, and Farmero's runner is one. Xcode is a free download from Apple and carries the iPhone SDK — there is no way around it. With a free Apple ID you re-sign every 7 days; with a paid developer account you do not.

Will this get my accounts banned?

Nobody can promise it will not, and anybody who does is selling you something. Farmero paces everything like a person and warns you before the same clip goes to the same platform twice, which is the thing that actually gets noticed. Automating these apps may breach their terms — that is your call, and it is worth reading them.

What leaves my Mac?

Your clips, when a phone has no cable and they have to reach it over the internet. Nothing else: no account names, no passwords, no content, no analytics. Full detail in the privacy policy.

Can I run it on an old Mac?

macOS 14 or newer. Apple Silicon and Intel both work. Driving many phones at once is more about USB bandwidth than CPU.

How many phones can one Mac drive?

Farmero has been run on four at once. Past a handful, USB ports and bandwidth are the real limit rather than the software — a powered hub matters more than the Mac. Your plan sets how many phones the licence covers (3 on Solo up to 60 on Agency); if your fleet is bigger than Agency, write to hello@farmero.co.

Can I move it to another Mac?

Yes. How many Macs at a time is set by your plan — one on Solo, ten on Agency. Deactivate one from its Account page to free a seat. Lost access to the old Mac? Email us and we will release it.

Does it work with X or LinkedIn?

Not yet. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ship today. X and LinkedIn are marked as coming on the site and are not on the price.
